Thank you for your purchase! Please read below instructions.

Now that your purchase is complete and your payment has been received, Wyndham will be notified and the reservation(s) will be placed in your name. Also, a reservation confirmation will be emailed to the email address you provide (see following paragraph) within 24-48 hours of payment completion. Unit number and keys will be given at check-in.

Please, email your legal name and physical address (as it appears on the government issued picture ID you will use at check-in) as well as an email address to put on the reservation to: that once this name has been added, it cannot be changed without an additional fee. You MUST be at least 21 years of age or older to check-in.

Upon check-in, you will need to have a major credit card, as the resort will place a hold (averages $100-$150, varies resort to resort within Wyndham) on your card per-unit. This hold will be released in full when you check-out, unless you make long distance phone calls or charge something to your room (alcohol, food, non-inclusive resort activities, parking charges, etc.). We are NOT responsible for ANY charges you make to your room, issues with your hold or account balances at check-out are your sole responsibility.

Please be aware that the resort has strict NO smoking and NO pets policies. Failure to comply with these policies may cause the resort to cancel your reservation and/or monetarily penalize you. We are NOT responsible for the resort’s (Wyndham’s) actions.

3 Extra Things To Remember:

#1. There are no additional fees or taxes required from you.

#2. You are not required to take a tour or attend a sales presentation.

#3. All sales are final.
